The cost of living has gone up. This is probably why your money doesn't go as far as it used to. Gasoline prices are a lot higher too if you drive.

Excellent plan !

I use a spreadsheet listing each item consumed, eg cup of tea 20 cals, large banana 120 cals., etc.

You will probably find that you have got an idea what most foods are in terms of calories by the end of the first week if your diet is as dull as mine. Then it is just repetition with the occasional novel more…

yeah, well i have footie training tomorrow and i'm gonna go.
