So i think its pretty well known that exercise can put you in a good mood cause of all the hormones and such right? well thats fair enough and i've gotta say i completely agree with it, however, what happens if your like what i've been this week where your not feeling in a perticulary good mood? cause i dont know about any one else but i cannot get motivated to go to the gym if i'm feeling a little crappy? ok i know i'll feel better after it but still its that actually physically moving to the gym i've not got past yet.

I think i've kinda not been so into it this week as i managed to put on weight last week which was so crap as i had been so good! i know i'll put on weight again this week as i've not tried but i'll have to just put more effort in next week i think!

Oh and we won my first game back in the 5-a-side footie :D we won 5-0 and i managed to keep my 1st ever clean sheet down there! i'm so chuffed!
